My-Trademark.com is a website which offers a wide range of trademark services all over the world.
For each country, the application allows to apply for a quotation to register a trademark at different level :
Comprehensive study, registration request, certificate delivery.
The administrator has the possibility to add new countries and for each country set a fee schedule for each proposed service. The Internet user creates his own account online, completes a form setting out what brand he wants to register (logo, name, product classes, comments) and then goes to the online payment.
On the homepage, a search engine with auto-completion of the name is used to search for available countries quite quickly.
Other features: blog, newsletters, news, chat line connected to their Skype account.
We have also installed and configured the Sugar CRM to manage their list of clients and schedule their tasks.
