In the news: Chinese Web Services under surveillance
Intellectual property rights on the web are getting support from the Chinese government as a "four-month campaign against online piracy" begins. This campaign calls for rules and penalities to be set and involves "special investigations" and "routine investigations" into content and service providers on the Chinese web.
